The Tutoring Hut began its construction in October of 2009. The site was created by David Levy, a UC Riverside graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Arts in Media & Visual Culture Studies; and developed by Erdenebat "Eddy" Tsenddorj, a Professor of Programming Languages, and Software Development; as well as a team of highly skilled programmers and developers at Salted Stone, Inc.
